Angie + Tim: Wedding {Magnolia Plantation Charleston, SC}

I absolutely adore Angie and Tim… as a couple, as individuals, and as my friends.  I promise that you will never meet nicer people and when I met their families, I understood why.  Everyone at their wedding was incredibly kind, warm, and so much fun to be around!  I had the best time and was so happy to have shared that day with all of them.

Their wedding at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens in Charleston had so many special touches and GORGEOUS details!  From Tim’s mom officiating the ceremony (how cool is that!), to the handmade sign directing the guests where to go, to Angie’s jewelry that belonged to her grandmother… each element was so thoughtful and lovely.

I am over the moon happy for the two of them and I wish them all of the very best!!  xoxo

St. Andrews Bridal Show: 2012

I was so excited for this year’s bridal show put on by the St. Andrews Woman’s Club.  A ton of really awesome vendors participated and I was happy to be in good company.  I started thinking about my booth several months ago and called up my good friend and fellow artist, Leslie, to help bring my vision to life.  She has such an amazing eye for design and detail, so I knew she was the perfect person.  Also a special thanks to my friends Jonathan and Jacqui for helping me set up and for keeping me company.

I love doing events like these and seeing the creativity of our industry come to life!

Watch me grow!

So, it’s already been 6 months since my little muffin was born… it makes me emotional to even say that out loud.  So much has happened since his birth and yet it feels like it was last week.  He is such a joy and so completely happy most of the time.  His crooked, little smile is infectious, he spends most days squealing at the TOP of his lungs, and he is oh, so ticklish.  We have daily fits of hysterical laughter and I LOVE it.  Everywhere we go I hear, “Oh, he’s a big boy!”  Which is true.  He’s also as solid as a rock and strong, I tell ya.  I love to daydream about how these physicalities will manifest themselves in his activities and interests as he gets older.

Since life with two kiddos is so much more busy than I ever imagined, I haven’t gotten to tackle Gavin’s photos the way I could with Estella when she was younger.  So please forgive me for the amount of photographs in this blog post!  Here is my little man over the past six months….

juliet - so so so so sweet!!!!! i just love your little fam. :D
